VNPAY PAYMENT GUIDE ON WEBSITE
VNPAY Payment Gateway is a payment solution developed by Vietnam Payment Solution Joint Stock Company (VNPAY), offering the following advantages and features:
- The only provider in the market implementing Credit QR and App Call App features.
- Diverse payment sources, including domestic and credit cards.
- Payment methods: Customers can use bank cards/accounts, QR Pay/VNPAY-QR integrated into Mobile Banking apps of banks, or linked e-wallets to process transactions and enter discount codes (if applicable).
- Payment Link feature: Create and send a payment link to customers during product consultation.
- Tokenization feature: Encrypts customer card numbers and securely stores cards with a one-time entry.
- Recurring payment feature: Pre-schedule payment orders using international cards with a fixed amount, content, and frequency.
- Authorization feature: Temporarily hold an amount within the credit card limit.
- Installment payments: Enables cardholders to convert transactions into installment payments with the issuing bank via the VNPAY system.

Payment Methods via VNPAY
Payment Method via “VNPAY-QR Supported Payment Apps”
🔹 Step 1: Select your product or service and choose “Pay Now” or “Place Order.”
On the checkout page, review your order details, enter the recipient’s information, select VNPAY as the payment method, and click “Place Order Now.”🔹 Step 2: The payment screen will redirect to the VNPAY payment gateway. Choose the “VNPAY-QR Supported Payment Apps” option.
🔹 Step 3: A QR code with the payment amount will be displayed. Verify the amount, open your banking app (from the supported list), select “Scan QR”, and scan the QR code on the checkout page.
Note: The QR code is valid for 15 minutes.
To ensure a successful payment, please check your banking app’s QR scanning function in advance to avoid expiration issues affecting your transaction or promotional codes.🔹 Step 4: Review your payment details, enter any discount code (if applicable), and complete the payment.
Once the transaction is successful, you will receive an order confirmation notification on the website.

2. Payment Method via “Domestic Cards and Bank Accounts”
🔹 Step 1: Select your product or service and choose “Pay Now” or “Place Order.”
On the checkout page, review your order details, enter the recipient’s information, select VNPAY as the payment method, and click “Place Order Now.”
🔹 Step 2: The payment screen will redirect to the VNPAY payment gateway. Choose “Domestic Cards and Bank Accounts” and select your preferred bank from the list.
🔹 Step 3: Enter your card/account details as required and click “Continue.”
An OTP will be sent to your registered phone number—enter the OTP to complete the transaction.
Note: The transaction will expire after 15 minutes.
🔹 Step 4: Once the payment is successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation notification on the website.

This method follows the same steps as the “Domestic Cards and Bank Accounts” payment method.
